The main difference is in the length of the barrel. The Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 4.3 has a barrel that’s 4.3 inches long, as suggested by the name. And as you probably guess, the barrel of the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa 5.1 is 5.1 inches long.
